No news today. Weekends make the diet tough - no eating out (at least not easily). I went with my work pose to have Mexican food. I had a taco salad. Albeit; no shell, no rice, no beans, and no dressing. I basically had a salad with steak and jalapenos. It fit the diet, but it was not as satisfying as a jumbo-burrito!
Hey man, was just looking around for P90x blogs and came upon yours. Even after 7 days, you have more of a v shape to your upper back! Way to go! I will be following along. I myself will be doing P90x hopefully soon, after I get through some health issues. Keep up the good work, and I will be following along.

Thanks man! The P90X program is pretty good so far. I'm very into it -routines are all about 1.25hrs long-. I haven't missed any workouts yet, and each exercises is challenging in its own way, but none are impossible (IE: you don't need to be an athlete to do them). I will say, however, the diet is 65% of the work! 1 serving of carbohydrates/day for phase-1. Rough.
